Chantale Lamitte assists in advising clients on antitrust matters and associated discovery issues, primarily focused on large regulatory investigations by the Department of Justice, the Federal Trade Commission, and state Attorneys General and regulatory agencies.
Chantale’s work has involved diverse industries, including aerospace, air and automotive travel, cargo transport, data migration, entertainment, financial services, food processing and grains, healthcare, oil and gas, pharmaceuticals, publishing and advertising, and waste management. She has experience on complex internal investigations, mergers and acquisitions, and litigations defending against the Department of Justice and the Federal Trade Commission.
Chantale received her J.D. from The George Washington University Law School, and her undergraduate degree in Philosophy and Political Science from Boston University.
