Elise Stull assists in advising clients on antitrust matters, including litigation and investigations by the Federal Trade Commission and the Department of Justice, in particular helping clients to navigate large-scale regulatory reviews. Her experience encompasses multiple healthcare sub-sectors, including pharmaceuticals and hospital systems.
Between periods of legal practice, Elise worked for non-governmental and intergovernmental organizations, through which she counseled small island nations on environmental and sustainable fisheries policy and supported delegations in multiple United Nations and Pacific regional forums.
Elise received her J.D. from Columbia Law School and a B.A. in History from Duke University.
