Madeline Buday advises clients on antitrust matters including litigation and investigations by the Federal Trade Commission and Department of Justice. 

Prior to joining Rule Garza Howley,  she worked as an attorney assisting with international complex litigation. She has experience with extensive e-discovery, factual and legal research, drafting motions and briefings, and preparing for depositions.  In her pro bono practice, Madeline has worked to assist victims of human trafficking with their visa petitions. 

Madeline received a J.D. from the University of Michigan Law School and a MPhil in Modern Theology from the University of Oxford, as well as a B.A. in English Literature, from The Catholic University of America.
