Sean Siperstein assists in advising clients on antitrust matters and associated discovery issues, with a focus on regulatory reviews and litigation, including before the Department of Justice and the Federal Trade Commission.

Sean’s work has spanned a wide range of investigations and litigation, inclusive of matters involving air travel, food processing, environmental enforcement and liability, healthcare, medical testing, oil and gas, shipping, and telecommunications. He has experience with civil litigation, complex class-action matters, internal investigations, mergers and acquisitions, and litigation defending against the Department of Justice and the Federal Trade Commission.

Outside of his legal work, Sean is an active community and alumni volunteer. He is a longtime board member and past Co-President of the Brown University Club of Washington, DC, serves on the Brown Alumni Association’s national Board of Governors, and chairs the Friends of the Ruth J. Simmons Center for the Study of Slavery & Justice.

Sean received his J.D. from the University of Miami School of Law, and a B.A. in in American History from Brown University.
